Join Murmur Creative as our new Freelance Graphic Designer, and work with a super-fun group of designers, strategists, and developers. We are a close knit (18 person) branding and web design agency located in SE Portland. Currently our whole team is working remotely, and this will continue for the foreseeable future until it is safe to be in an office environment again. Freelancers do not need to live locally, but should be able to work the majority of their hours between 9am-5pm PST.

This is a temporary freelance position with up to 40 hours per week for 6-9 months paid at $35-65hr depending on experience.

You’re proactive and highly motivated. You don’t hesitate to ask questions! You’re passionate about graphic design and branding. You work well with others.
Collaborate: with the Creative Director, Art Director and fellow designers and cross-functionally across other internal teams
Multitask: work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Minimum 3 years professional design experience
- Proficient in the Adobe Design Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience designing logos, product packaging, print collateral, and brand guidelines
- Attention to detail
- The ability to work remotely (including Mac, Adobe Suite, and good Wifi)
- Illustration skills
- print production experience
- Alternate programs like Procreate, Powerpoint, and Word
