Web Project Manager/Coordinator

Greetings! Murmur is a Portland-based creative agency specializing in branding, packaging, and websites. We’re looking for an internal-facing web project manager to help manage our projects and resources. What does “internal-facing” mean? It means you will not be interfacing with clients. You will be primarily ensuring that the web project team has everything they need to get projects done well and on time.

You will coordinate the day-to-day progress of assigned projects. This involves scheduling internal meetings, organizing project resources, assigning tasks, and resource management. While the Account Manager handles client communication, the Project Coordinator needs to make sure client needs and expectations are known by the team, and they must consolidate any information that needs to be presented to the client and assign it to the Account Manager.
