How we weave justice and DEI into our work.
Our Social Justice Mission
We work to continually expand our understanding of race, color, ancestry, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, citizenship, disability, and veteran status through internal education initiatives as well as 3rd party training. We practice social justice through, advocacy, outreach, volunteer work, partnerships, hiring practices, and financial donations.
Equitable Hiring Practices
Agencies of Change is an initiative founded by Murmur Creative bringing together creative agencies and professionals to work toward social justice. We aim to affect positive change both inside and outside of our industry by advocating for marginalized communities, supporting crucial causes, and creating space for important conversations through art and design.
It is of particular importance to us that Murmur offers equal opportunities for minorities and engages proactively with minority communities. Among other work and initiatives Murmur has received DEI training on best hiring practices and works with ELI as part of our internship program.

Black Lives Matter
It shouldn’t have to be said but it needs to be said over and over. We support the Black Lives Matter movement beyond any particular moment or tragedy. Systemic racism is real and it costs innocent lives.
