After starting her career in college athletics marketing, she spent over a decade leading marketing, operations, and e-commerce for a Portland outdoor retailer, deepening her passion for small businesses. Wendy has a knack for turning chaos into clarity and believes the best solutions come with equal parts creativity and efficiency. Outside the studio, she’s likely surfing, paddling, or perfecting the art of wood-fired pizza.
