At Murmur Creative, the user experience is paramount. For this reason, we always put extra care into every page of the sites we design—even pages that people rarely see. A perfect example is the 404 page. Mistyping a URL or clicking on a broken link can be a negative user experience. And while we can’t keep people from using bad links, we can make the experience better with a little humor, helpful instructions, and some encouraging words.
